  Very unprofessional staff. The first time I went there for a haircut, I asked the girl that was cutting my hair to take a little more off the top and she got quite short with me as if she had better things to do than make sure I was happy with my hair cut. Should have learned my lesson then.
  The second time, I checked in online. The app said there was no waiting. When I arrived there were two girls working, I told them I had checked in online, one replied there would be a 20 minute wait. I asked her why the app stated there was no waiting and she sarcastically replied, looks like someone got here before you. No apology, just a rude aditude. What's the point of checking in if they don't save your spot??
  I just left, I would have stayed 20 is no big deal, but when people treat you like you don't really matter I take my business elsewhere.

  I took my daughter in for her first haircut today (she's 9) and what an awful experience. The girl was very nice, but it looks like my daughter cut her own hair. Once she was done, I had to ask her to fix my daughter's bangs because the sides were extremely noticeably uneven. I didn't even see until tonight when we were getting ready for bed that her actual hair is uneven, as well. The left side is a good two inches longer than the right. While there, the girl ignored 90% of what I was saying to her before the cut. Also after approximately 5-10 minutes of her brushing, I had to offer help because she didn't seem to know how to brush tangles. Not sure if it's kids she has trouble with, women, or just very long hair in general, but she had my daughter standing for most of the cut. I will be taking my daughter somewhere else tomorrow after school to pay someone else to get this fixed.

  today i visit this great clip franchise. pathetic service provided by hair stylist Rosanna as per my receipt. she denied to face me on chair towards mirror rather pointing my face outside shop facing sun. when I asked why u doing that , she has no answer. I felt humuliated. my best advise to owner hire people who repect clients and treat tham fairly. Rosanna kind of employees will destroy your business.

  Went to go get my haircut, and the stylist was extremely rude to me. Didn’t even out my sideburns and told me that she couldn’t line up my hairline because “”We’re told not to do that.” DO NOT get your haircut here. I will not be coming back.

  I am new to the area having moved cross country. Had used Great Clips as my haircutter of choice before. Easy check in. They had my records from my previous residence. And the hair cut was excellent. The staff very professional and warm. Will certainly make this my go to choice!

  Went in with a picture of what I wanted, my hair needed a trim of the ends but figured I’d go for a style I liked. During the cut the stylist was very nice however didn’t do anything I asked but instead did her own thing. As she was cutting I could tell it wasn’t what I asked for but obviously can’t reattach the hair she cut. When she was finished she said she gave me some “face framing” which never came out of my mouth. I now have bangs which I didn’t have before, the top part of my hair is shorter than the bottom/underneath. Very sad & unhappy

  It was my first visit to this site. My stylist was Katherine, I believe her name was. She was absolutely outstanding! She was kind, pleasant, personable, and did a wonderful job! This is what getting your hair cut should be like. It was a very long wait to get my hair cut here, but well worth it. I have a new favorite place to get my hair cut!
