I have very mixed opinions on this company. On one hand, I love the actual store and the employees. With exception to one employee who creeps me out, but I can deal with someone else. On the other hand, their company's customer service is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with. You can never get a hold of them. When you finally do, they are not very helpful. Always have to transfer to multiple departments. The wait to get service is awful. Sad part is, the store has the same issues! Now onto their goof proof guarantee. DO NOT PURCHASE! I have filed 2 claims and both denied. Half my furniture is less than 6 moths old. The other half less than 12 months old! Their goof proof guarantee company told me both claims were due to normal wear and tear! 6 month old furniture cracks and that is normal wear and tear. I personally will never purchase anything from this store again because of their horrible customer service and scam of a plan goof proof guarantee!

Never sent my Wells Fargo credit card in the mail like they said they would. I told the man that sold me the couch I didn't live on the address on my ID but he said it would be better to apply with that address to make sure I got approved. Never a call, email, letter ANYTHING about how I'm supposed to pay for the couch. Called bobs JUST NOW and the man on the phone told me to call a different number that's not even a real number. No Wells Fargo account # given to me. No bobs account # given to me. It's been almost two months and no one can give me any information

Don't go here if you need your furniture any time soon. Ordered a tv stand and dresser with a mirror on Feb 17 for delivery on Feb 28. Got a call 2 days before saying the dresser was delayed and they couldn't deliver it until March 9. I wasn't thrilled but went along with it. Called them on March 8 because I hadn't received a delivery confirmation. They told me they never actually put it in the system and now it would have to be March 21. I told them that was unacceptable and they refunded my $120 delivery fee. They confirmed delivery the morning of March 19 then called me back that evening to tell me it would be delayed to March 26. I told them don't bother and promptly canceled my order.

Everything I have purchased was beautiful. Very happy with quality. Love going in even if I don't need anything. Always finding a treasure to take home.

Bought $4000 worth of furniture on June 6th and didn't get delivered until July 26th. For 50 days they jerked me around. "It will be there the next business day" and "no really it says it will be there tomorrow". I planned on buying a fancy $1500 table from them but not if it's gonna take till Christmas to get here. Bad customer service. Hope you enjoy fold out chairs while you wait for your furniture!

Went to Bob's to purchase a mattress. Dante was my salesman. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly would all be accurate words. He explained the different types and styles and helped me pick put the one that was right for me. The only slight problem was that they were supposed to take my old mattress and box spring when they delivered. Unfortunately they didn't have room, but came back a couple days later to pick it up. I know "stuff" happens but what's important is making things right when it does, and Bob's did just that. I've had my mattress for 2 weeks now and I love it. Great deal, great salesman, great store.

Horrible customer service. Went in with my husband to buy a living room and dining room set. Got little to no help. At one point I had to literally wave someone over. He looked less than enthused to be helping us. Asked questions and received quick answers then sales person would walk away. After waiting for a bit for some actual help we finally left. Thought they worked on commission so I was very surprised. Only thing I can think of is that we look young and were dressed as so. Maybe they thought we weren't worth the trouble or going to waste their time? Either way they messed up because we had a pretty decent budget and needed a lot of stuff. Would not recommend based on the rude/ lack of service by not 1 but 3 different employees. Moral of the story- don't judge a book by its cover/ a person by their age or attire. Ended up at total warehouse furniture and received great customer service. And spent 1/2 of what we were planning on spending at Bobs.

The Furniture Store exceeded all of my expectations. I needed a mattress, and called them minutes before closing to see if they could wait for me to arrive. Not only did they stay open, but they were efficient, super friendly, and didn't make me feel rushed or like I inconvenienced them one bit! They truly listened to what I was looking for in a mattress, gave me the options, and did not try to pressure me into something I didn't need. The store is clean, and is set-up in an appealing way that makes it easy to find what you are looking for. So many trendy, fun pieces that I didn't expect as well! I have made many referrals to this top-notch business of Racine, and look forward to working with them again in the near future! Couldn't be happier with them!
