Paid 92$ for an oil change and a battery replacement for my key, not to mention they didn't call me when my car was ready. Avoid this monstrosity if you can.

Appointment was fine and staff was professional; however, I paid for an inspection of my vehicle and despite being told documentation of the condition of items such a break pads would be provided it wasn’t. Additionally no video presentation of the underside of the vehicle was provided unlike previous services. In all I paid for an inspection service and received no information on the condition of my vehicle.

Todd is usually the gentlemen I get as the intake person when I bring in my car! He always gets me in and out and quick and professional and very informative! I appreciate seeing him and dealing with him when I come in with my vehicle! He’s always been great! Thx Todd you’re the Best!!!

I brought KIA in for a new engine. I had to ask for a loaner. I was told none was available. Almost three weeks later no loaner available? I Never received a phone call until the car was ready No loaners. I went to get in the car to drive home, but the power seat was not working. I told them. I was brushed off and was told it was not their fault. I need that power seat. Got home and my husband looked no fuse! The seat was working when my KIA arrived. Did someone remove the fuse??? And never put one in. Put a fuse in it works fine. I will never go there again. I'll go to Milwaukee.This is the first I have seen this level of service at a Dealership! if you care to reply email

I called ahead on a preowned car I found online and was connected with Lee McGee. Lee confirmed availability and I went to drive the car that day. He was ready for me when I arrived and had the car cleaned up and ready to drive. He walked me through all of the features and answered all my questions. I ended up buying the car the next day and had a great experience throughout with the GM Clay and Josh in Financing. Highly recommend Lee and team!

Jim Smallins was fantastic in answering all of our questions and going above and beyond making sure we knew everything we could about our CPO atlas. I can’t remember the last time feeling so well taken care of throughout the entire process of making such a large purchase.

My husband and I inquired about leasing a 2023 Atlas Cross Sport on 3/29/23. I came in with our 2014 F-150 Raptor to trade in. I had been working with Nick over text and Noah was my Salesperson. Everything went smoothly until the down payment. I tried using a credit card in which they told me they can’t accept credit cards as a down payment because it’s illegal in WI. This is simply not true. In the last 5 years, my husband and I have leased/financed a Q3 and SQ5 from Audi Milwaukee, an F-150 Raptor from Porcaro Ford, an F-150 from Evansville Ford, two Forester Sports, a WRX, and a used truck from Kenosha Subaru, an F-150 from Boucher Ford in Kenosha, and a Civic from Racine Honda. We are no strangers to the car buying process and have used the same credit card for the down payments on all our vehicles. Nick said smaller auto groups will accept credit cards to obtain business, but many of the dealerships we’ve worked with in the past belong to large auto groups. I was then told it’s a rule within the Boucher auto group, in which I told them we leased from Boucher Ford in the past and paid with a credit card. I walked out of the dealership ready to take my business elsewhere. My husband and Nick called Boucher corporate and were able to work something out for us. We sat down with Joe to start the paperwork. During the test drive, Noah had told me the car comes with free oil changes for the duration of the lease. When I asked Joe about it, he said we would need to purchase the auto care plan to receive the free oil changes. Again, this was not true. We signed anyway because at that point, we just wanted to get out of there. We finished signing our documents with Keri, who was wonderful. We received a flash drive with our signed documents on it. When trying to access the flash drive, I received an error message saying the document had been damaged and unable to repair. I e-mailed Noah on 4/5/23 and he said he would connect with the Finance department to get me a new one. I also contacted the Finance department and left a voicemail for Kory. I visited the service department on 4/12/23 to repair my warped windshield (this was about the only thing that went smoothly) and I came in looking for Kory. He was unavailable so I left a message with someone who was in the office about getting a new flash drive. It was early May and I still hadn't heard back from anyone so I called Boucher corporate. It wasn't until then that Kory called me back and I picked up my new flash drive that evening. Upon inspection of my signed lease documents, we discovered we could cancel the Auto Care plan we were "required" to purchase. However, we were told we would not receive any money back for it so we decided to keep it. This should be clearly explained during the sales process. We expressed our dissatisfactory experience thus far to Josh. Then on 6/1/23, I looked at our billing statement for the loan on the truck we traded in. It showed a remaining balance of $20.07. I called my loan servicer and they said the dealership was short by $20.07. I e-mailed the billing statement to Josh and he said they woud take care of it. A month later, nothing had been done so I paid the remaining balance myself. I received an e-mail from my loan servicer that the title/lien would be released on 7/22/23, which I thought was odd because Boucher already sold the truck. I'm not sure how that's possible without the title. I e-mailed Josh again on 7/12/23 requesting reimbursement. It's now 7/24/23 and I haven't heard back. This isn't surprising - last summer my sister-in-law wanted to purchase a used Jetta from Boucher VW and we were at the dealership for hours ready to purchase the car. They were getting the paperwork ready when they realized they didn't have the title and the car couldn't be sold. She ended up taking her business elsewhere and I should have done the same. I will never buy from Boucher again.
