Wife and I went to look at an Atlas, we’ve been looking for awhile now and saw one we wanted. Had Clayton as our salesman. Immediately sat us down and played the 100 questions game… we just wanted to test drive and see the Atlas. After the questions we finally test drove the car, loved it, it’s what we wanted. The trade in of our car we wanted $9000 he even said “it’s in excellent condition” and wrote down 9 for trade in value. He then talks to the sales manager where they offered us $8000. They also spiked up the price of the car by $6000, and he tried saying “that’s the MSRP price not the online price”. I said well why isn’t set at $39000 and take off from that, he replies “that’s not how this works”. I also talked about why is the trade in less than what KBB offered and told him another dealer offered us 9k, he said that we don’t want it to sit on the lot long and we’re saving money by giving you $8000. That’s not my problem how long it sits in the lot for. We get farther into talking about the car and I bring up that we’d be in the market to make in deal in 2 weeks when my wife receives her bonus from work and he says two times “so you don’t have money?” “Just pinch pennies until then”
Absolutely unbelievable how he acted. Yes he’s a kid and it’s obviously his first sales job but he’s unprofessional. Also when you offer less than other dealers and KBB for a trade in you already lost me. I’ll gladly take my service back to Franklin Volkswagen.

Becareful of your services. If you bring your vehicle in for a specific need, only get what you're asking for.
It is apparent if you're not familiar with any vehicle maintenance or services they are taking advantage of you. Had the same issue with Zeilger. Ask for all paperwork before you leave. ****update **** manager contacted. Still nothing done** They do not offer 50000 mile checks/ warranty checks/ etc. Ask for the part back if fixing it. Ask for a photo of the original problem. Ask ..Ask..Ask... no proof, they can not even find in system computer.

I felt very little pressure as I checked out the vehicles.
Noah was extremely easy to work with. He answered my calls and questions in a timely and professional manner. This was my first new car in 10 years, so I had a lot of questions about all the changes that came with the car - keyless entry, the media system, etc. Noah was willing to take the time to make sure I had a good idea of what came with the different models and how each system worked.

These guys do really care and try to work with you. I had been to two different dealerships before I came to Boucher VW. Tony and Nick helped me out with a trade in car that I had and wasn’t happy with. Walked out with a brand new VW with a good deal and awesome plan for the future! Did I say already that they have a kids playground in their lot! Perfect for my son to play at when I bring in my car for service! I recommend this dealership!
