They worked with my family after we had a tragedy, they were kind and caring.

Friends ordered this BEAUTIFUL sympathy basket for me! Great care was taken in the design and delivery. I have never seen such full flowers in an arrangement that lasted over 2 weeks!

I was charged several additional fees on my credit card without being informed beforehand and without being allowed to review and agree in the form of two additional "handling fees". What were those for? Thought my flower charge covered those no? The company doesn't supply any contact email address for follow up. I live overseas so a phone call is not feasible. Just before Mother's Day was notified my order was canceled leaving me with no options at the last minute. Really just speechless. I will never use your services again and I recommend others to avoid.

I was sent a gorgeous bouquet from friends for my new job. I couldn’t believe how gorgeous the flowers were! And they lasted well over a week! Would definitely recommend getting your flowers from here

Received bouquet as gift. Pretty arrangement. Flowers were wilting within 3 days. Ribbon which fell off as driver came to door was a strange color for bouquet.

I would not recommend Flowers By Water. They did not deliver the flower arrangement of the quality as advertised. I felt like i wasted $65. I could have gotten something more beautiful from the grocery store. The wrong flower arrangement was delivered and I was very disappointed in the whole experience.

I recently ordered a 50th wedding anniversary arrangement for my parents. I gave a price point of up to $250 and said I wanted it lush, big, beautiful and if possible including orange roses since that is what they had at their wedding. They said they would make it something special and never asked me questions on what type of flowers to use or not to use. My learning lesson to be more specific next time.The flowers delivered included carnations and fell apart within 24 hours. I was charged $220. Definitely not the arrangement expected for the price point. Instead it looked as if I could get it at the grocery store for a fraction of the price.I have been calling for 2 weeks to try to rectify the situation. My mom also called to voice her disappointment and they at first said they were unable to locate the order. I finally got ahold of someone a week later and they say they can’t do anything until the owner calls. Today I got a call from the designer who took the order basically telling me it was a nice arrangement and it’s my fault for not being more specific on what flowers to or not to include. Even if that’s true, there was no apology or attempt to try to fix the situation. Only the owner can.Going on week 2 of trying to get a call back. I have been holding out on writing a review hoping we could just fix this and move on. I am extremely disappointed in this local shop and embarrassed by what was sent to my parents. Not only was the arrangement not modern, fresh or impressive, the customer service, except from Dana, has been horrendous. The designer, Roy, never apologized once and didn’t want to listen to my frustrations today. She kept defending what was sent and then hung up on me. I would not recommend using this florist. Hoping to get a call from the owner and will update a review when I do.

Overpriced and sent an arrangement that died quickly. Have tried for over two weeks to call to discuss and to see how we could make the situation right. My recipient called too. No one called either of us back. I paid over $200 for something I could have gotten from a grocery store that would have been much nicer. Owner refuses to acknowledge any issues and hangs up when I try to reasonably discuss it with her. Highly do not recommend. Reading reviews sounds like this is a pattern. Disappointed to see they don’t care about customer service.
