I was ignored the entire time I was there. I needed to know if they had a shoe my size, but decided to leave (and never return) after it was apparent that no “employee” was interested in assisting me. I found shoes at a better price elsewhere, and was treated like a customer. I would be willing to bet this shoe store will soon have financial problems and go away in short order. Don’t waste your time here.

If your white don’t plan on getting any service walking in this store. I stood by the shoes for 15 minutes without anyone helping and when I asked an employee she turned her back and walked away.

Who ever is the supervisor today needs to be coached. I went in to buy a shoe for my daughter but I was never greeted by the employees I purposely went by them to see if they would greet me and all 3 of the employees were on their phones . I felt Stereotyped maybe I am poor but no Matter what I should have received good customer service and I didn’t receive it. I’m sure these employees would not like that type of treatment if it was done unto them. Businesses that stay open are due to regulars , how do you expect this if this is continuing? Crazy y’all not even a year open in the new store and you got employees acting like this and even more disappointing you got supervisors who can’t regulate this type of behavior.

I love Finish Line but I'm not really a fan of this location. I've gone here several times but have never received the level of customer service I've become familiar with at other locations. They weren't very helpful and always seemed bothered when I had questions. I feel ike more of a burden than a customer when I go here. It's ok because I don't mind driving 45 minutes out of my way to get quality customer service. If you're in need of world class customer service drive to pretty much any other location within an hour of this one. It's worth it in my opinion.
