Shipping anything at FedEx is a pain in the neck, it's virtually impossible to get a shipping label on the internet. Too much of a hassle for me I will never use FedEx, UPS, and the United States postal service is much easier to ship a package. You just walk into any UPS store, or walk into any post office and they will ship it

After having a terrible experience at another store, Yvonne turned my day around.
I went to the store and explained what was going on, and she was so willing to work around any issues. I went out to my car to get my equipment, and she even held the door open for me. She was very kind, very respectful, and she got me in and out of that store so quickly.
Hats off to her. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while! Thank you, Yvonne.

The entire team here is amazing and professional! After a horrible experience at Office Depot down the street I came here. Hailey walked me through everything they have to offer to meet my printing needs and even offered to get my documents printed for me. THAT is what service is about! My company had a large print order for a potential customer in the area, but the online website wouldn't let me submit my order. I was able to email the files and instructions to the store and their manager offered to drive the order to its destination. Excellent customer service!

Apparently having a beware of dog sign warrants being verbally harassed and insulted by the delivery drivers. So rude!!! I wish I they had name tags so I could specify which driver it was. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. I am sorry you were attacked by a dog, but you don’t need to make me feel bad for having a sign on our front door.

If I could rate this location zero I would. I shipped a box of antique dinner ware set which was bubble wrapped and wrote the word "fragile" on every side of the box and it still reached it's destination broken. It was a family heirloom. Very disappointed and cannot be replaced. Will never use them again. Saw online how employees purposefully dropped shipped items because of company grievances. Terrible.

The store manager Patricia is the most lovely and helpful person I've ever met. Especially at a FedEx store. This is what I call EXEMPLARY customer service. She walked my girlfriend through every step of opening a FedEx account and creating a complicated shipping label situation involving a valuable item she left in another country. I'm highly impressed at how knowledgeable and kind she was.

I had a print order for work that I needed completed. I ordered it through Kinko's main website and waited... after 7 days I called the store closest to me (Racine's branch) and a very nice lady Patricia told me that it was delivered, which it was not. She quickly took responsibility and said that she would take care of it. I received a call a couple hours later and she had reprinted the posters herself! That's amazing customer service. Patricia, you have a customer for life.
