“Went to this store and had Mike help us out,, he was very knowledgeable and got our phones activated and switched over, even though he wasn't the one that sold us on a new TMobile account ( bought at Sam's club) ..he spent quality time explaining new functions on the phone and was very nice ,, being new to T Mobile this was excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE and the reason we left US CELLULAR after 25 years their's is horrible now !!”
