Before going to look at a truck, I emailed the dealer and asked if the truck's cab had any odors, specifically tobacco-related odors. I was told the cab had "No Smells." Well, when I then visited the dealer to inspect the truck, I found the truck to reek of tobacco stink. Also, the truck itself was very dirty; the cab interior was covered with a thick layer of grime. I was clearly deceived by the dealer. I made an offer, below asking price, for the vehicle which was accepted. Then, on my long drive home, the vehicle began to experience mechanical trouble, but nothing that prevented me from getting home. Now, after very few additional hours of operation, there are new mechanical troubles (e.g., brake system). Bottom line: I was deceived from the get-go about the quality of the automobile I was looking at. I then found that I had purchased a low-quality item advertised as being in better condition and of higher quality. I wouldn't trust this dealer again and I caution anyone against trusting this dealer.

If I could give no stars I would. Bought a Cummins Ram from this place (at auction) that was disclosed as "structural damage" - which is typical for some places to use a vehicle as a tax write-off, so I didn't think much of it because the frame did not look bad at all, and the rest of the truck was beautiful. It even had evidence of a window sticker still in it from this dealer (for retail sale) so we knew it had been recently on their lot for sale. Got it back to our shop and started looking closer at the frame and found silver heat tape and epoxy covering up rust holes in the frame. This in turn had been sprayed with bedliner to hide the "repair" so it was not noticeable to the naked eye! I do not know if they did this or someone else, but I would be careful!

Bought 2 trucks from here. The most recent truck had 2 decent oil leaks that was not the dealers fault. 2 times I took the truck back and they fixed the issues both times fast without any hesitation. Dealer has made good on the promise. I truly appreciate their assistance and honesty. Thank you
