I have been there twice and very happy both times! The staff there is so professional and very nice. They are quick and efficient and the place is spotless! Even the bathrooms! I 10/10 recommend!

Fast professional service. They use a torque wrench to tighten lug nuts properly! Too many other shops overdo the impact wrench. Discount Tire does it right.

I bought 4 new tires, and they had an outstanding competitive price. I don't remember who was at the desk when I went in, but everyone was very helpful and awesome. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Used really good sticky weights for the rims. I can definitely recommend checking them out for your tire needs, will definitely go back when I need tires again.

Prices are low, staff is friendly and informative. Very pleasant experience.
Came in with a nail in my tire ready to replace, staff told me this is repairable and would do so at no cost. Decided to replace a different tire instead. Definitely recommend!

Thanks for quoting us $140 for swapping tires over the phone, then charging over $170 when we brought the car in. Terrible service, argued about the quote, was told we were quoted for rotation not changing all 4 tires. Will never be back and will bad mouth this shop as much as possible.

Very personable /knowledgeable staff and technicians. Check them out !! Update 11/12/24 still great staff and technicians went with my new car for tires within 5-10 minutes had multiple options and types. Definitely will return.

I recently bought tires from Discount Tire Racine. Although they didn’t have my original request in stock, they quickly found a comparable set at a lower price. A few weeks later, I encountered two punctures from running over a screw on the highway. The first one was repairable, but the second was too big. I arrived an hour early for my appointment (on accident), and despite being busy, they had a brand new tire on my car within 30 minutes. I only had to pay about $30 to maintain my warranty on the new tire. The staff was professional and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Discount Tire in Racine—great team!

When i called they said that they could get me in that day. I was thinking i would get an appointment the next day. I was happy with that because my front left tire had started to leak air. They are nice and friendly, inspected my back tires and windshield wipers. The only drawback was that there were a lot of customers. They do have a waiting room that faces their work area with glass so you’re able to see them work. Which i liked. Also everything in their waiting area was very clean and appealing. Floors were also clean. There is sufficient parking in their outside area that’s very close to the building. Also they have handicapped parking. I was very pleased with their work.This was my second time buying tires from them.

Thank you Jorge and Discount Tires on Washington Avenue in Racine. I ran over a nail and went straight to Discount Tires as I was losing air pressure. Jorge remembered me getting my tires there and came out to my car as I pulled up. He brought my car right into the garage. They were able to repair the tire without replacement.

Super fast!!! Super friendly people!! I've actually had issues ordering online and they handled it right away. I highly recommend them and to get the certificates just to have the piece of mind..then its taken care of and you don't have to worry about it again.

We were in Racine over the past weekend for my sister’s memorial service. On Saturday we found there was low pressure on one of the tires. After stopping at a gas station and putting in air the pressure warning again appeared. Discount Tire found a small nail, patched it and checked the other tires. They brought up our Discount account from Minnetonka MN. Their service was most efficient and their kindness and concern was wonderful! Thank you! We love Discount Tire!
