I understand being understaffed, but there is absolutely no reason to be as rude as the pharmacist was over the phone with me. I asked a simple question and he got angry saying I needed to find where my prescription was. Never coming back here to fill ever again.

I was treated absolutely terrible by everyone in the pharmacy with the exception of one person today. This wasn't the first time ive had poor service at this location, rather, it is more uncommon to be treated with respect and a desire to help. When I asked to speak with a manager, the person who came to speak with me had been standing there the entire time witnessing how I was treated. Not only did she not try to help while it was happening, when I asked how she felt about the way I was treated, she took the opportunity to endorse the other pharmacists behavior. A prescription I've never paid more than $250 for in the 4 years I've been taking it was now $750. No one notified me the prescription was ready nor does this location EVER notify you of a prescription being ready, of a problem, or anything. I was notified at checkout. I then asked if "yall" had raised that medications prices recently, or if I was missing something. This pharmacists response was "I didn't do anything" as if I meant her personally. Later, with zero assistance from this "manager" and "pharmacist" I figured out what was different- something they could have seen and told me, had they actually tried to help me instead of being confrontational and oppositional. So tomorrow, I will be returning to get my prescription and will refrain from ever using this or any other CVS again. Prices are better elsewhere, and I can guarantee whoever is reading this that the service elsewhere could POSSIBLY be as bad hypothetically, but not worse. I am not the type to call corporate because what good can it do? I don't know, but if I can save just one person from being treated like this, while also overpaying for the medications they need, my time will be worth it. This was hours ago and I still can't quite believe that people in a Healthcare setting can get away with treating people like this in response to nothing more than what their job entails. Truly the most pathetic excuse for a pharmacy experience I will likely ever have. If I could somehow give negative stars there'd be 5 of them.

The one star is for the clerk that was running the place by himself, still took time to help me look for old spice shampoo, i looked online and it said in stock at this location, i almost ordered curbside but glad i didn't or they would have changed me, there wasn't one bottle of and scent of this brand, drove there for nothing and wont be back

Specifically for the pharmacy : the staff that shows up work their tails off. Unfortunately though, they're grossly understaffed and often can't answer their phones or have their drive thru open.

Been here a few times now to pick up prescriptions for shipped customers, so far no wait no hassle walk in and out.

I wish I didn't have to give it any stars. The absolute WORST pharmacy in the area. Nobody has a clue what is going on and they are all incredibly rude. Save your money and your patience and go elsewhere.

I continue to try and get my grandmother to move from this pharmacy. They never move quickly, ive been the only car in line and still wait almost 30 minutes to be serviced, same issues when I go in and the techs are never friendly, like they're inconvenienced by your presence.

This place is the worst. Rude employees. Takes forever to get acknowledged at the pharmacy counter. Coin flip on whether or not there is a person at the front register. Dirty building with over priced products.

Terribly rude per who answers phone. My daughter called to have her prescription moved from Walmart who stopped taking Tricare to CVS who does take Tricare. The lady was short and snappy with her even though she called weeks ahead. When she called to get make sure her prescription ( Seizure meds ) were ready and ok to come get the same lady was very rude again. This is unacceptable ! My daughter is the sweetest person always polite to everyone.. instead of confronting the lady and her nasty tone on the phone, she called me in tears. I am writing this review because my daughter is too sweet to complain! WHOEVER made my daughter cry because you were rude to her on the phone, The supervisors at CVS need to know that customer service with a smile and kindness needs improving at this CVS ! Get someone up front to answer the phone who has compassion for their customers. Most are sick and have medical issues and don't need your salty attitudes as you don't know what they are dealing with ! If you can't be nice to your customers get a different job! Rant over.

Used to be fantastic. Now, after Covid, the pharmacy only has 2 or 3 people working. I have waited in the drive up for 20 minutes before attended too. If you call to speak to the pharmacist, good luck! They won’t answer. If you’re in the pharmacy area, you’ll see disarray and no one takes the time to answer the telephone. Such a shame. Used to be fantastic. Now it’s garbage

Worse pharmacy you can go to. Won’t take insurance unless it’s a physical card. Staff are incredibly rude and condescending. Save yourself time and go elsewhere

Terrible...there is some sort of problem every month when it comes time to fill my perscriptions...literaly every time im told sure itl b done in 3 hours...then lets say i dont make it there that day u think it would be done by the next day? No never...mind you its only a box they grab off the shelf and put in a bag
