The store number listed goes to their call center which is located who knows where but person answering phone had an accent. Be sure to make a note of the cell number provided on the “Thank You” cover page attached to the Geek Squad folder (or to ask for it).”

“I originally booked an appointment at Best Buy with The Geek Squad. They told me they couldn't diagnose what was wrong with my computer so it would cost me over $85 just to find out what the problem was.So I took my computer and left. I did a Google search and found Harbor PC. I wish I had done that first. Not only did Aaron let me know diagnostics were free he also worked really hard to find me a cheaper part. Ultimately I went with the more expensive part because it meant I would get my computer back sooner. They did a fantastic job and if we need any other computer repair you can bet we'll be going back to Harbor PC.”
