I was charged almost $600 in overdraft fees because of shady business practices. They would push thru larger charges regardless of date made while holding smaller charges until after the later and larger charge went thru. Then they would push the smaller and earlier charges thru and hit me with an overdraft fee for each transaction. When I asked them why they did this they told me it was for my benefit. I'm not sure how losing $600 is for my benefit but I'll never bank with them again. I also speak to others I know and convince them to leave Chase as well. ?

Chase Bank have been harassing me to the president day because I closed my accounts cause Chase Bank committed fraud 5 years ago and still ruining my credit. Chase Bank charged me $200 hundred dollars ( With no records of purchases)to une of the credit cards I had already closed, I've got bad references from Chase Bank to ruin my credit; this problem it's been going on for 5 years and going because Chase Bank are scams.

Don’t go here for the drive thru ATM unless you want to waste your time. Never in operation 95% of the time and nothings ever done about it. If you’re able to deposit or withdraw from it you’re lucky by all means.No inside ATM either.

They don't know how to count money or use the counter. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before opening my business account with chase. I will be closing soon...

No ATM inside. Drive through ATM is slow and wonky. Keyed in amount to withdraw and couldn’t get it to confirm the amount and get cash. It eventually timed out. I didn’t bother to try again because another customer had pulled in line behind me.

What a freaking mess. I called the credit card division to report an unidentified chare. Five minutes of listening to the drivel of press this and this, anything but a person to talk to. Finally I got where I thought I should be and I was disconnected. Called the local branch who said she would connect me to a live person. Guess she couldn't get a live person either. She left me hanging. Nice

Although the branch manager acts professionally, he does not seem to want to help out his clients. For instance, my account was frozen because I deposited several checks without being authorized on the account, because my mom opened the account in her name. So, I went in with my mom so that I could be added to the account and so that I could deposit checks into the account, however Chase closed the account and the branch manager was unwilling to re-open the account.

Extremely rude on the phone. Telling me I'm a scam when it simply asked if I could cash a check. Nothing more nothing less.

I have had wonderful experience from this branch and Don, for one is very helpful and customer oriented; in fact all employees have been helpful and helped me sort out things when I have had a banking mishap. Other Chase branches in this area are also very good. I recommend Chase Bank!
