Very nice people..did a great job on my pedicure...fast..covienient..good prices...could be more updated but its clean..id rather save in $$$ and get a great pedicure than have a fancy vibe!

It cost me $70. It broke when I got home. It was all gone in a week! I'm so angry! The employee did not paint my nails all over, and the surface was not smooth, and the edge was warped within a week

I’ve been going to this establishment for years and I won’t go anywhere else. Very family oriented place and no other place has ever done my nails the way Kim does. She take’s great care of me and my mom. This place will forever be my go to spot!

If you're looking for an establishment that treats you well, is able to do what you want and is clean ... Cali Nails is your place. Then, add to it... people who are nice and you can develop a relationship with, you seriously can't go wrong! Kim and Joyce make my bi-weekly visit the best possible experience I could have, EVERY TIME! I have had full sets, fills, pedis and eyebrows. These ladies are the BEST!!!

I was originally very happy with how my nails turned out, but when I went home not even an hr later my ring finger nailsStarted to peel and got on some of my other nails, however I was the last customer that day and I had to wait till the next day to come back, I really wanted to love this place to make it my regular nail place, however when I went back the next day I was in a hurry and had a doctors appointment at 430. So I asked for a refund and would deal with the mess, the lady behind the counter got super rude and when I confronted her she got even more rude, asking why I wanted a refund, and asking customers leaving if they thought she was being rude to me. Making me feel very uncomfortable and not even wanting to stay to get them fixed. She even raised her voice more than she already had when I first brought it up. Thankfully the lady that did my nails the evening before Joyce had come up and offered to just do a repainting of all my nails if that’s what I wanted. So it was either waste the money I paid on my nails, and go to my appointment or sit there get a repainting and miss my appointment, of course I had her fix my nails cause I paid for them. Overall I was very happy with my nail tech Joyce, but that lady behind the counter was just so rude to me I really don’t even wanna go back. This would be my last resort if I had nowhere else to go. She could have definitely handled the situation and herself better than what she did. When I think of going to get my nails and toes done I think of relaxing and friendly environment overall I left the second day very overwhelmed with rudeness and judgment instead of relaxation and friendliness.

I have been a loyal customer for well over 15+ years. I have had nothing but amazing customer service every time I go. Joyce and Kim are friendly, courteous and they treat me like family! With in three days all my nails fell off done by Lonnie never againWent in to get feet done , eyebrows,full setEveryone had a attitude that dayI made a appointment and was treated disrespectful and they was whispering to Lonnie telling her to charge me moreShe was making it so obvious she was like no and the two guys kept telling her charge more I paid $124.00 + tip $10.00It's okay tho I been there plenty of times was a loyal customer always considered Lonnie but that day was terrible they made me cry and didn't care the men there are rude and disrespectful I will never go there again
