“The ladies at the desk were very cooperative and helpful. The checkout process was quick and easy. One of the ladies asked if I wanted assistance hooking up the trailer to my truck and came out of the store to help. We determined that I needed an electrical adapter to make their wiring work with my truck’s electrical plug. They sold me the adapter (at a fair price) which they had in stock at the store. Then I was on my way. It went smoothly at the store. The trailer was in good condition and performed well. I returned the trailer myself on Sunday morning. It was easy.”

They kept me updated every step of the way and explained everything in detail, which showed just how knowledgeable they are.
The entire staff was friendly, and Ryan and Michael even fixed things I didn’t have to ask for—things I’ve been trying to get other shops to handle for over a year, with no luck. You might as well say I’m driving a brand-new truck now. Even at midnight, they asked if I wanted my truck washed!
