Donald has Very horrible customer service. One guy lets the other guy do all of the talking like he doesn’t know how to speak for himself. They promised me a case and screen protector as well but did not fall through on that commitment. (Secret shopper) here by the way.

Went into the store with the intention of buying a new device. Explained the situation with the guy he asked me a few more questions and resolved the issue with my phone and I didn't need to purchase a new phone. I was in awe that the guy was very nice and very friendly and honest! Thanks so very much I didn't get his name he got me right so fast!!!!

The manager ended up helping me. I wanted to get a new phone, but since I have been with this company for so long, my phone plan was seriously outdated. He helped me get that updated for all the lines on my plan. I absolutely love boost mobile, and the manager at this store was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be returning to this store if I ever need help, despite it being out of the way and other boost mobile stores closer to me.
