I stopped in the Durand branch drive thru today. I had two checks with two separate deposit slips. I wanted one check deposited in my savings, and the other split between my savings and checking. I was told that this service was not available. This is not the first time I have had issues trying to deposit checks or receive back the correct denominations I requested. I have NEVER been told by any other banks that I could not decided which accounts to deposit my money. I am seriously considering making a financial institution change due to the poor service I continue to receive.

I’m constantly deposited cash and checks in the ATM machine it keeps rejecting i’m constantly telling them to fix the ATM machine over and over it is not safe for anybody making deposit or withdraw money if the ATM keep constantly breaking down this is a safety concern

Stopped into the bank about a week ago it was on a Friday and the bank was getting ready to close i was the last customer of the day I worked with a nice lady by the name of Ms. Rocio Castellanos It was a very good experience everyone was very polite Ms. Castellanos explained a lot things to me that I did not know she helped me open up a New Checking Account & also a Savings Account I haven’t received good customer service like that in a while thank you Ms. Castellanos I’ll ask for you every time I stop into the bank God Bless

One of your tellers is short in attitude&tone and will not answer questions directly. Everyone else I've ever dealt with has been amazing. One bad apple to ruin the bunch.

Horrible place to bank they lie to their customers, came in to cash a check and didnt have account but the check i got was from a company that uses their bank, lady told me that i could cash the check with 2 forms of ID, had my id and a debit that didnt have my name on it but the lady said all i have to do is sign the back of it and then when i went to sign up for an account they said they cant accept the debit card as a form of id after i was told i could then they told me that a social security card is not an acceptable form of id, crooked as hell

Never again will I ever use BMO. Been trying to get a mortgage for a house and every single step of the way there's a problem, and something comes up that they never told us in the first place. So much money wasted and incompetent employees.

M&I bank accepted taxypayer-funded bailouts and has not paid them back. The bank instead supported the candidacy of Scott Walker who seeks to undermine the democratic process, dismantle the middle class and shell out more taxpayer dollars to corporations. Bad business policies are bad for Wisconsin.
