    Says they are open till 1pm on Saturday When in fact, they close at noon

    They call themselves a bank ? but they don't want to handle coins for their customers. They have no change counter! Extremely sad! Poor service

    It's difficult to bank hear when the hours coincide with my work hours. I would suggest the drive up be open until 6pm
