So when I brought my device in for repair I was panicked and more than a little rude. A "Karen" would have been nicer, but Kaitlyn in the Geek Squad absorbed it with professionalism and class, assisting me and getting me checked it. She is a model employee and definitely someone I would want to return to in the future. She has both my sincere apologies and thanks.

This is my go to place for almost everything we need or want electronic wise. Car audio, mobile, gaming, home audio and video, we've gotten everything and more here. I did a major car audio upgrade on my car and everything was great no complaints there. The install was done at a different Best Buy and they did an awesome job on it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and so is the Geek squad staff. Never had an issue with getting anything fixed, a timely replacement, or an exchange.

I love going to the Best Buy in Racine, Wisconsin. I have their tech support program and they have been vey helpful. When i purchased my big screen television the tech that came out was very polite and suggested where my television should be placed on my wall according to where I would be seated and how I wanted to watch it. The bracket i purchased in store allows my television to tilt or come out from the wall. I’m was just going to buy a regular one but the sales person explained the advantages of each one and I felt this was better and offered more support. I am always amazed at each department’s experience and knowledge in f the items that I am interested in. This is me second television purchase from Best Buy and i purchased a I pad from there also. Their program offers you help when you need it geek squad and techs to come out to install your purchase. This program includes any computer also even if it wasn’t purchased from them. I am a hundred percent satisfied with Best Buy. I plan on purchasing a computer in the near future from them.

No more 4k or Blu-ray moves. Selection of video games is near non-existence. Bestbuy is now just a small local warehouse for online sales. They were charging for bags at one point. Horrible C.E.O 's will kill a business. Bestbuy is going down fast.
