Without knowing anything about me, Without me ever having any bad experiences with them, they denied my ability to bid in an auction they had listed on HiBid. By the time email correspondence was over, the auction was almost over. Plus, they demanded that I change my addresses on my credit cards. Crazy.
Now they lied about what really happened. I offered to change my address for my 1 property so it would match, but you didn't like that because that address was too far away for you. and you didn't even notify me until the it was almost over. Stop lying. It's bad customer service. I do auctions with numerous companies and never have any issues.

Worse experience i had biding on a lot. I had to contact them twice to get my things three months later and they overcharged me on shipping.......

She has a reputation of way-overpricing things at her estate sales. Alot of local regulars steer clear of her sales, not only because of the prices, but she has a sour attitude for no reason. She puts people, frequently elderly, on the spot at checkout with her high price and they feel obligated to pay or be embarrassed. RUN *UPDATE* (after her reply)-see how sweet she is?

Nice stuff but the one lady acts like she's better than the normal ppl,maybe it was me,but the way she talked thats how she came off,the other two younger couple are great,blondie you can learn from them how to treat ppl,sorry just being honest

What a wonderful small business. Hired Belle City to clean out my mother’s apartment and they ended up finding family heirlooms we’ve been looking for and they returned them to us. So glad we picked a company we could trust! They really do care about who they work for. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs an estate sale/cleanout. They’re a full service operation. They have a lot of nice things at this store. There are a lot of antiques. When I went they were having a big sale. It was in their BIG back room. You got a basket with a paper bag and you could fill it even with the top for $5! That was an amazing deal.

Cool building and each little area is set up as it's own theme. Nice to walk through but it's pretty pricey for used items in my opinion.
