I was at my Witt’s end trying to find a new groomer for my two baby girls then I found a “Ave Pet Shop” they got me in within a few days, with (Kathy)and I just want to say she did a wounderful job on my girls.
I’m so happy ? with my services everyone was very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend them. I already booked my next appt. Thank you so much!?

Brought our husky in for a bath and deshedding. They called 33 minutes later to say that she was done.
When I went to pick her up she was still wet and I was pulling clumps of wet, loose hair out of her coat.
The receptionist was very nice and suggested that I talk to their groomer, and so we went back to speak to her and she looked at me and rolled her eyes. I tried to explain that my dog was still wet, and she said that she couldn't dry her completely because she didn't like the dryer.
We have a large industrial pet dryer at home that she does well with, but I understand that animals will respond differently to different people in new environments. It's completely possible that our dog was nervous with the dryer this time. I just feel like the customer service was completely lacking.
They returned my dog wet and covered in fur with absolutely no explanation and then the groomer treated me like I was bothering her for asking about it. We will unfortunately not be returning.

The owner offered free samples to try. She was very nice. Helped me find the right product for my dog. Please stop in. Very friendly clean environment

This is a great little place to get some gifts for your fur babies and some tips on their care. They also do grooming. Nice to see a local business do well.

Wow this place was amazing. SO many different products. I highly recommend checking this place out. My dog will only eat this bakery's dog treats! They also have a variety of dog collars that are reflective!

Kora’s first time going to the groomers and they did an amazing job! Her coat feels just like soft puppy fur! We got a cute bandana and a welcome baggie with a taco cookie (which didn’t last long). Staff was so friendly- Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here??
