“I had to leave my personal experience with clear image. They did a wonderful job with my car. 4months later I found paint chipped on the hood they did. They immediately repaired it. Even though there was a good chance it was caused after the fact. I highly recommend clear image for all auto body and paint work. They got my parts cheaper than I could even get them. “I had a screw in my tire and lost air pressure down to 10lbs. My wife and three kids were all in the car, we were on vacation coming home from a later dinner at 730pm. Bumper to Bumper was closed but Rich was there with his garage open. I took a chance and stopped. 5 minutes later, Rich fixed the issue and refused the $40 bucks cash payment i offered him saying send him a Christmas card instead.”

“I purchased an engine got it home starting looking it over and noticed it had problems was going to need repairs..so I went the next day Talked to Trapper (he runs the show now ) told him the problem and what needed to be fixed and he took care of it..I honestly thought I would of heard to bad it's your problem...but Trapper was real nice about it and took care of it..but on a side note I didn't go in all hot headed yelling at him ..Nick no longer owns it ..new help and friendly I will definitely go back if I need more parts”

“As I don't work close to where I live, a dealership that was close to work is a must for me and luckily, this VW dealership is a four-minute drive from the office. I was able to make an appointment online for my oil change and received a confirmation email (as well as several reminders, I wonder if people forget often as the three reminders seemed a bit overkill to me). Dustin was professional, efficient, and didn't try to sell me a number of things that I didn't need. The waiting area has copious amounts of free beverages and the wi-fi was speedy and easy to use so I could get some work done while I waited. The car was hand-washed after the service was complete, which I thought was a nice touch. Just one minor issue that prevented this from being five stars: - I added a note to my appointment that I had a couple scuffs I would like the body shop to take a look at and give me a quote on, but it turns out that this location has no body shop (can't say I've ever seen THAT before) and Dustin directed me to their sister location a few miles down the road. Had he reviewed my request in advance of my visit, I could have been prepared for this adjustment. I also didn't want to drive down there and find out that they were too busy to see me. Here a little more customer service would have gone a long way.”

Bug and other stuff might need stronger things to help clean, so do not expect too much from a 10$ wash.

“I chose to go to Tilsner after I was estimated over 4 grand to fix cosmetic damages by insurance. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! All around great customer service, communication and attention to detail. The team here definitely has your back as a customer, unnecessary and costly replacement pieces that weren’t damaged yet still flagged were left fine as is, that money went towards what my car really needed at the time. I cant imagine how much I’d have missed out on if I went anywhere else! Got my car back better than expected, freshly detailed even some cookies on my way out.
