I've had Auto Excellence do two alignments for me so far. Both experiences were great, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. Will use them again in the future, and recommend them to others.

The entire Auto Excellence team is amazing with the highest level of customer service and auto repair talent that I have ever experienced! I had a scary experience where my car cannot drive more than 12 miles an hour when I was working an hour and a half away and was not able to come back for two days. I needed to go to a car repair shop up there, but they were not able to get the part for me. I contacted Nicole who reached out to that auto repair shop to identify what they found. So when I brought it back the next day, they would be ready to go to help me. Since I have a 2013 Ford fusion it was difficult to find a part so Todd was able to work his magic to fix it in a way to accommodate my vintage car! Jason has always provided above and beyond help and service and leadership for the team. I recommend 100% of people to go to Auto Excellence. Thank you all so so much!
