I've always had a much better experience getting my medication here than at chain pharmacies. Staff are always pleasant and very helpful, especially when I have had issues with prior authorization in the past. Parking is pretty spare, but you can use the nearby garage and walk up.

01-13-2020 I'm new to this Pharmacy and was a huge disappointment in the begining! Was waiting and had to sit down because a patient was getting refills and I am sick, so I had to sit down. When he was done he took the man that came in after me, until I said something. He said he didn't see me!? He had nothing that the Urgent Care Dr. prescribed, but the meds that my other Dr. just ordered, and said that they were too soon to refill. Really Einstein? Told him that wasn't them and showed him what was just ordered today. Thank God that I had it in my purse! Then had him copy my med list too, so my meds from the other pharmacy gets transferred. Now I'm sitting here in the lobby waiting as he's helping the man that came in after me. It was enough for me to park in the ramp and walk. Not very convenient at all! Why isn't there parking outside? All parking is for handicapped! Too many cars parked in the fire lane and by the doors! It's been like this everytime I've gone there! Surprised that no one else complains about this! Very frustrating when you can't drop off or pick up a patient by the doors as vehicles are obstructing! The guy that does the valet parking isn't doing a very good job! There's plenty of valet parking in the ramp that's not being used! His meds were filled before mine were, so I went into the pharmacy again and was told that they were still working on them! This was about 30 minutes later. The Pharmacist came and went over my meds with me and was very nice about it. Also called my old Pharmacy and they were going to fax to them. So this part was great but the guy at the register needs to work on his customer service skills and again his name tag was turned around so I didn't get his name. Now trying to order my refills! No app.? Ridiculous! Get with the times!

Once again, month after month, my prescriptions were not ready. The prescriptions were called in one week prior and told when I would pick them up. Had to wait AGAIN.
