It is what it is, storage but beware owners go in and out of storage randomly to see what you have in them.. I have even been offered the chance to buy a motorcycle to that someone was late paying storage for by just a few days.. I found that distasteful and shady

Paid the entire lease for 5 months back on Nov 11 2018 and we get a call on March 11th saying we were late for payment when we had a month left paid in full! Then received a bill in the mail for an additional two months plus a late fee!!! He claimed the unit was dirty when it was perfectly clean and all pallets were still there untouched. There is no room to back a boat into the unit due to being built to close to the lot line. Then when reading the contract I realized th
