So disappointed in NAPA Pulaski!!! From now on I will get my parts elsewhere. Ordered a part online for pickup yesterday (7/16), which stated order for pickup today. No notice, get to the store to be told they did not have the part but they ordered it. Was told it would be in by 10:00 am this morning (7/17). Just called the store and the lady argued with me that they do not get a truck in until the afternoon and they do not get trucks in on Sunday. Wasn’t asking about Sunday was told part would be there Monday morning, it is NOT! Then she advised me that they have no control over their online system and that they have been wondering why they use it as well. If you need parts I would highly suggest going elsewhere if this is how they are going to run the only parts store in town. I will now drive further to get my parts as NAPA in Pulaski WI can’t even have any decent customer service online or on the phone!!!

Excellent! Except for the young punk with terrible customer service skills behind the counter. I walked in, made eye contact with him, and I noticed he wasn't busy, so I walked up to him at counter when I noticed the other employees were busy with other customers. As soon as I got to counter, the phone rang, not even a whole 1st ring, and the little s.o.b. grabs the phone and started taking the phone customers order, and totally disregarded me and made me wait till his phone call was over, while looking right at me. I wanted to slap the little punk, so I had to wait for the other employee to help me instead. Phone calls are meant to be answered, don't get me wrong, but at least tell them to hold for a minute, while you deal with the person waiting right in front of you. Total b.s. if ya ask me. Yep. Just my two cents.
