I went to their store to get 7 new devices setup so I could drop Verizon. The two employees in this store (Abby and Brandon) were very helpful and knowledgeable. They really set the bar high for in person customer service. Thank you.

I went there for help with my Nsight internet services so my review is ONLY on the customer service I received not Cellcom Service!They were extremely helpful even though they aren't able to do that much for Nsight net. The young man that helped me went above and beyond to help me and even called the Nsight people for me to make sure my problems with logging into my online account was 100% fixed before I left, and he was able to help me make a payment for my account while I was there, and on top of everything else he didn't charge me a counter fee for not paying online!

My 84 year old mother was in your store today 2/7/22. She told me the woman who helped her seemed exasperated with her phrasing of her problem and said with a sigh " well you're going to have to be more explicit with your questions!" She felt " old d*** and negated. I went back to the car and just wanted to cry" my mom is an intelligent woman but not technically savvy. HOW DARE YOUR EMPLOYEES MAKE HER FEEL THIS WAY. Shame on her.

As a long time customer of cellcom, I appreciate the expert polite informative information I received today. I purchased new phones at Brandon is so great. Patient, knew product, helped me out so much. Abby jumped in to answer any questions as well. I really think Brandon is wonderful, I have had to call many times as well, and he great on the phone.

Excellent service at cellcom on St. Augustine street in Pulaski,WI. They have gone above and beyond for us over the many years we have had their service. In fact, I even called them while on vacation to help me set maps/directions without using data and Abby walked me thru how to use my phone. They are always helping me find ways to save $ on my family of 4 phone services and show me tips/tricks on how to make things easier with new devices and such. We have had other cellphone companies in the past and the others never came close to the high level of customer personal & professional service as cellcom in Pulaski,WI. Thanks Cellcom, you’ve been very good to us!

Phone stopped working so took it in for repair. Was given a loaner phone which turned out to be a p.o.s.. contacted them to see what the story was with the phone and was informed that it was not fixable. Then received an email stating that the insurance, which I paid for, would not cover the phone. No explanation!!!

By far the slowest service ever been at. Stood for an hour with just simple question. Never was asked the simple what can I help you with in between setting up new phone from other customer when they were getting stuff transferred over. Only come here if radio shack is closed trash service

Recently moved to Pulaski and this was my first time at this location. Been with Cellom 10+ years (Oconto) and hands down just had THE BEST experience ever. Becky was fast, friendly and honest. Quality of service was so refreshing. Thank you!
