“Excellent! Except for the young punk with terrible customer service skills behind the counter. I walked in, made eye contact with him, and I noticed he wasn't busy, so I walked up to him at counter when I noticed the other employees were busy with other customers. As soon as I got to counter, the phone rang, not even a whole 1st ring, and the little s.o.b. grabs the phone and started taking the phone customers order, and totally disregarded me and made me wait till his phone call was over, while looking right at me. I wanted to slap the little punk, so I had to wait for the other employee to help me instead. Phone calls are meant to be answered, don't get me wrong, but at least tell them to hold for a minute, while you deal with the person waiting right in front of you. Total b.s. if ya ask me. Yep. Just my two cents.”
