Aimee is so wonderful, she makes the atmosphere so warm and welcoming. She’s very good with recommendations. Overall They have a great selection at Prescott vape shop , Always so happy to come in and see everyone at the shop ! Thank you for all you do ! 10/10 recommend coming here !

Wife went in and purchased a $50 piece, took it out of the bubble wrap and the stem had broke completely off. Wife called and talked with Jonah who explained to my wife he would speak to his manager as he couldn't refund or replace it as they have a stricked return policy. My wife drove back there to have Jonah tell her that they could only offer her 20% off her next purchase. What a joke stand by your products, it was a simple fix switch it out for a different one. I called and spoke to the "owner" who explained that they have very expensive cameras and audio didn't hear the piece break. The "owner" flat out lied to avoid replacing a $50 purchase says a lot about his character.

They got a lot of stuff, and it's usually higher priced than I'd like it to be, but that's any vape store and I can look past that. What's a little irritating is that for nearly every single time I've gone into this store(5+ times), I'll ask if they have something in particular (usually a vape device or pods) and they'll look for 5-10 seconds, not find it, and proceed to tell me they don't have it. All the while, I could see it clear as day on the shelves while standing at the counter. (This is not one person in particular, this is nearly all employees I've talked to.) Maybe they just don't pay well enough for them to put in that kind of effort, but VapePros in Hudson just simply does a better job.
