Awesome view of the river and also had a chance to watch two eagles fly around looking for snacks in the river also!

Situated a short distance below the confluence of the St. Croix and Mississippi rivers it's a nice little visitor center with informative displays, a viewing platform over the river, with informational signs there and in the adjoining park.

About Great River Road Visitor and Learning Center
Connecting people to the Mississippi and St. Croix rivers confluence region through education programs, exhibits, native plant gardens and cultural experiences and displays. The GRRVLC is a National Park Service Partner Site, Audubon Birding Site on the Great River Road Birding Trail, and a Watchable Wildlife Site.
