Last winter I slid into the ditch damaging the front end of my vehicle. Had my car towed to R & J auto body, in the time between my vehicle being dropped off and me finally picking my car back up after 3 months of waiting on “parts” my rear bumper was damaged cracking my reflective light. The owner refused to take responsibility even after I showed him photos from the towing company immediately after dropping my vehicle at the shop. It’s about a year later and my vehicle has yet to be fixed. I would recommend finding another shop to handle your vehicles.
