Car broke down while getting gas. Kwik Trip staff and other patrons were very kind and offered all the assistance they could. Staff also offered me and my girlfriend free beverages while we waited for a ride, and allowed us to temporarily leave our car there if we needed to. 100/10 cannot thank the Kwik Trip staff and customers enough for their help!

Store is good, usually a decent selection of hot food. They're often out of drinks in the coolers, like ice mountain for example. The car wash is a plus, but they no longer accept cash, so we'll probably use one of the other 2 washes in town that do accept cash. Also, the parking lot is a weird layout.

Poor parking lot lay-out and parking.The coffee area is always a mess.Even though I always see multiple people working in there, there's usually 1 person at the 5 checkout areas they have checking out a large line of people. It took me over 10 mins to get an iced coffee today... not because I took long making my coffee but because I was waiting in line...this isn't a staffing issue because I see other staff in there, they're just ignoring the check out area. Checkout should be priority.

Again, only a limited selection of expired items available in the hot spot, 8:00 pm Friday, from what I see when I go into the store at night, they could close the doors and just sell gas at the pump

The store itself is nice, but i got to hand it to whomever designed the layout.. so you have diesel islands for the big trucks, and directly in front of where we/they are supposed to exit you have the car wash.. so this afternoon while i was there, trucks can't even pull away from the pumps because cars are lined up for the car wash.. i personally left without bothering to fill up... Didn't feel like being there all day.

When the pump asks if you’d like a car wash, they should disclose the fact this is literally the slowest car wash in Wisconsin. Driving through on my way back to Eau Claire and I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting in a line 3 cars deep. Ridiculous.

Why can you only get breadsticks at Kwik trip? I thought the point of Kwik trip was getting some hot food when you needed it. This is the 3rd Kwik trip I stopped at in one night…three different towns mind you and the only thing available was breadsticks. Kwik trip is a JOKE!!!!!
