Dinese and Tommy, either way that would have went you wouldnt have been happy. After looking at your profile it seems about everywhere you go you have something negative to say! The parts YOU supplied were wrong. And the only way I knew they were wrong was to take the caliper off, (rotors were wrong she orderd off rockauto ) so you had two options. Option A was to pay me to take it apart to confirm it was wrong, and put it Al back together still wrong and not being able to drive it…or B- was to pay me to put the correct rotors on from the parts store. It also NEEDED the RF brake hose. It NEEDED it. To respond to your comment “the brakes felt better before we took it there” I’m sure they did, when the brake pd was gone and it was metal on metal grabbing. Us not knowing how the pedal was when it came in on your old vehicle, we let you take it. Wouldn’t you think if it was THAT bad you’d have noticed before leaving the parking lot? Instead of a day or two later. Then you decide to bring it back and tell us we did our job wrong and you and your son are both at the same time yelling at Brad. And you tell us to fix i! So Brad asks you if you had done anything and you said yes, YOU put rear brakes in it. We pulled the vehicle in and glanced everything we did was correct, making sure there wasn’t an air pocket in the brake hose, Nothing else was needed done… BUT we looked into the rear and surprise. Both rear pads were jammed into the caliper brackets (had to pry them out they were so stuck) and the left rear caliper was locked up. The left rear caliper being it was not working ended up ruining the rock auto brake pads you installed so we ended up putting new rear brake pads in (NEEDED IT) and a caliper which it also needed to be safe and driveable like you wanted. Then when you come to pick your vehicle up your suprised you’d have to pay anything and make a very ignorant comment….so what does Brad do? he gives you your keys and asks you not to come back and charges you NOTHING.

The worst Automotive shop EVER
Came in for a 100$ brake job turned in to calling the BBB ..
Turns out they will charge u without consult and add parts without calling to verify that the estimate has changed..
Instead they take it a pond them self and just do it without asking if I can afford the extra money or Parts..
I'm a single parent who can't afford extra expenses...
Especially without asking the Owner of the vehicle..

DONT WASTE THE $$$$$
I wish I could give a negative report but instead I called the Better Business bureau. .
They instructed me to do legal prosecution for them because not only did they not fix my car but bought extra parts without calling to even consult me on the price change
( There web sit says they will call if any changes on the estimate ... But yet no Call why ....I almost got in an accident because they did not test drive my car to make sure it was fully operable before I got in it so then I turned around within a block gave my car back and my Brakes started Smoking ..Remind you I came here for front brakes only in my front brakes were grinding but still works but when I took my car back after they gave me the keys and I paid my brakes were 10 times worse than grinding brakes....
But yet again instead of consulting me with hey we found the problem the second time they took it upon themselves to add extra parts without asking me hey we found it was this not that this is what the price is going to be NO... Did not say anything like that whatsoever...

100$ Brakes turned into to worst Auto Place I've ever dealt with in 20 + years.
Then the guy Brad or Brady totally started yelling at my 18 yr old son instead of talking to him or us with respect. ..
Maybe they should of looked before agreeing to the estmate
What Auto shop don't test drive before the Owner don't sign off on it..

My car started stalling as I was driving through Prairie du Chen, and I was lucky enough to be able to stop at Royce's Auto. They figured out what was wrong, immediately got it fixed, and got me back on the road within an hour for under $100. They did a great job.

Even though they were booked, they managed to squeeze me in. The cost was less than quoted and 1/3 what another place had quoted me. They were quick and went above and beyond what I asked for. Highly recommended.

I usually do my own work on my vehicles. This winter I just recently started taking my vehicles to Royce auto body for repairs, and have been very pleased. These are very hardworking individuals. Best prices that I’ve experienced in the automotive industry. Would recommend them to anybody.

Seriously I can’t express how amazing my experience was- my car went from drivable to not drivable and I would have had to pay for a rental car and hope I could get it somewhere that could look at it in a reasonable time frame. Not only did they have a loaner for me to use but they got it in and fixed within 24 hours! I could have hugged them- oh and they fixed it for far less than I thought it was going to cost - 10 stars ⭐️Service: Steering & suspension repair

10/10 recommend Royce’s Auto, LLC. I messaged Tristyn on Monday that my muffler had a hole in it and my car had a few other issues going on and he got me in on Wednesday even though he’s always so busy! He got my muffler fixed, the other issues fixed and even something fixed that I didn’t know was broken (yes, I’m a terrible car owner) and it was all at such a reasonable price. I cannot thank him and all the other guys at Royce’s enough. They really go above and beyond for their customers!Services: Exhaust
