While camping at Wyalusing State Park we came back to our site and discovered our awning had ripped. After getting over the initial panic, I called and talked to Jay and he was very helpful. He told me the cost, what would be involved. He explained the fabric would take over a week to get because of the need to custom order the correct color and size. Even though it didn’t work out to get the awning repaired by Prairie Camper Sales, Jay was very patient, and spent several minutes giving me advice on how to get by until I could get the fabric ordered back home and get a repair. I can see why Prairie Camper Sales is in such high demand. Their customer service is fantastic. I will be giving them business in the future if I get the opportunity.

My wife and I recently purchased a used camper from Prairie Camper. Jason and his team were wonderful in every way. A full inspection of the camper with a few needed repairs completed with items we never would have found till much later. They set up our camper on our site and did a wonderful job. Its not often you get all you paid for, but in the case we could not be happier with our purchase. Thank you Jason, Kurt and the rest of your team for making this a great experience. Stopped in while camping in the area as my RV toilet broke. They were able to tell me the correct part (and had it in stock) by looking at a cellphone picture without model number. Gave some helpful advice as well. Excellent service.
