Crawford County Title Service is the primary title company in Crawford County. We were there for a closing on a property that we just bought. Everything went smoothly and no issues.

I'm not sure what to think about my experience with CCTS.Masks are required. Its posted on their door.The seller, my husband and myself and the Title person all had masks on.When we were all seated the Title person asked us 3 if we had been vaccinated?????? Why would she ask that? Especially is we were all masked. We were all caught off guard. Weird and invasive. I am going to call her back and ask why she wanted to know, but to require masks and then ask if you have been vaccinated was improper and unprofessional. I think if that question was going to be asked Crawford County Title Services should have let us know before we sat down with the seller, who was a complete stranger to us.
