Update on earlier review: This dealership will not be honest or fair with you on your trade-in. I recently took an F150 to them to trade in on a newer truck. I was offered $3,500 for my truck, was told it was not worth selling on their lot, and that it would just go to an auction. Since the KBB value was much higher, I declined the ridiculous offer and ended up selling the truck myself within two weeks for $13,500. Don't take trade-ins to this dealership unless you want to be screwed over.

BUYER BEWARE:
We bought a used car in October and have since spent over $4,000 on repairs that our mechanic told us should have been detected during routine used car sale work up. DO NOT buy a used car here. All of the things we have had to have fixed, replaced, and repaired were all things that should have been detected long ago.
They also delete negative reviews so we will see how long this stays up!

My fiancé & I just bought our vehicle & it’s the second one I’ve bought from Fillbacks & I will always buy from Julie!! She listens to what you are looking for and what is important to have in your vehicle. Everyone there is super friendly but Julie is the sweetest ever!!

Stopped filling fluids when I got oil changes. Stopped hole punching the card that gives every 5th oil change free. Turned my dash lights off and didn’t say anything about it there was no reason to mess with them

Julie helped me and she is amazing. She was kind, genuine and understanding. This was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever experienced. Thank you! Also one side note, it was nice to work with a woman salesman because I felt less pressured and she was not condescending like I’ve experienced with some male salesmen. Some, not all. But it was so fast and easy especially with such hard economic times were all in.
