I did not feel rushed, and had options to choose from. Was very well taken care of with Fillback in Prairie, will be shopping with them again!”
“My fiancé & I just bought our vehicle & it’s the second one I’ve bought from Fillbacks & I will always buy from Julie!! She listens to what you are looking for and what is important to have in your vehicle. Everyone there is super friendly but Julie is the sweetest ever!!”
“Dinese and Tommy, either way that would have went you wouldnt have been happy. After looking at your profile it seems about everywhere you go you have something negative to say! The parts YOU supplied were wrong. And the only way I knew they were wrong was to take the caliper off, (rotors were wrong she orderd off rockauto ) so you had two options. Option A was to pay me to take it apart to confirm it was wrong, and put it Al back together still wrong and not being able to drive it…or B- was to pay me to put the correct rotors on from the parts store. It also NEEDED the RF brake hose. It NEEDED it. To respond to your comment “the brakes felt better before we took it there” I’m sure they did, when the brake pd was gone and it was metal on metal grabbing. Us not knowing how the pedal was when it came in on your old vehicle, we let you take it. Wouldn’t you think if it was THAT bad you’d have noticed before leaving the parking lot? Instead of a day or two later. Then you decide to bring it back and tell us we did our job wrong and you and your son are both at the same time yelling at Brad. And you tell us to fix i! So Brad asks you if you had done anything and you said yes, YOU put rear brakes in it. We pulled the vehicle in and glanced everything we did was correct, making sure there wasn’t an air pocket in the brake hose, Nothing else was needed done… BUT we looked into the rear and surprise. Both rear pads were jammed into the caliper brackets (had to pry them out they were so stuck) and the left rear caliper was locked up. The left rear caliper being it was not working ended up ruining the rock auto brake pads you installed so we ended up putting new rear brake pads in (NEEDED IT) and a caliper which it also needed to be safe and driveable like you wanted. Then when you come to pick your vehicle up your suprised you’d have to pay anything and make a very ignorant comment….so what does Brad do? he gives you your keys and asks you not to come back and charges you NOTHING.”
“Very helpful staff. I was in a tight situation and they gave me a discount when it was really needed. They helped me get back on the road and made my visit with family possible.✌”

Julie Simon and other Employees showed me the benefits of the new Chrysler/Jeep vehicles they had to offer that I wasnt aware of and didnt even really consider. Not only did they perform excellent customer service they made the whole process quick easy and saved us a good amount of money. We are now proud owners of 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Thank you Fillback CDJR!!!!”
“I have been in around 4 times last 2 months, and bought brakes for jeep and Buick (which needed a special tool to turn calipers in). They have a tool loaner program however you had to deposit $130 to use loaner. They showed me a $10 tool on the self help shelf which is made like one time use its cheap, but worked. Following week I returned the front pads(old ones 3/4 good). No receipt. They looked it up gave me my cash and were very friendly and helpful EVERYTIME. only complaint/ suggestion would be to break that loaner kit down so smaller needed section could be loaned on smaller deposit. Prices are competitive however several different men who helped me showed me top price, told them high milage car for other person. Both times they moved me into mid-priced and showed cheapest. Explained differences and not much price difference but mid line was better quality. Also offered brake cleaner and grease. I will only shop with them here. Great experience. Thank you”

“We needed tires and they told us how to order them in because they weren't in stock but they put them on..we did they got them and called 30 mins later we were on the road.”
“Great service from start to finish. I needed a key programmed for a new to me vehicle in my possession. They were very clear on my pricing range and stayed on the lower end while getting it done a day early. Extremely happy with everything.”
