They were very communicative. They use a website to let you know what needs to be fixed on your car and you can approve/deny. The technicians write everything out very clearly so even non-car people can understand. The people in the office are very communicative about time frames. Had a great experience. Will be returning.

Grahams was very quick and responsive with our work. They sent a digital update with a description and pictures of the issues with our vehicle. Our vehicle was repaired quickly and ahead of schedule.

Car broke down 90 miles from home which left me in bad situation. Grahams fixed the car the next day, which was much appreciated and got me out of jam. Thank you for going the extra mile for me. Thanks

Always great service! I truly appreciate the fact that they will go above and beyond, before even touching the vehicle, to let you know if your vehicle is safe to drive on the road! They've been my neighborhood mechanic since we moved into the area.... going on 6 years!

My wife was driving our car from Milwaukee to Minneapolis when car trouble arose. As fortune would have it, the vehicle ended up at Graham's--we are not familiar with the area. Lydia at from desk was immensely helpful, as Grant drove my wife from place to place to find a rental car (none were available). Jeff reviewed the vehicle and gave as a detailed and transparent breakdown of the vehicle's issues. They were honest and most helpful to my family while they were stranded and without other options. I much appreciate the friendly faces and expertise at Grahams. Thank you all.

From start to finish, Graham's was 5 stars. In a world where customer service is lacking, Graham's makes up for it! My car broke down near Poynette on my way back to the Twin Cities. The office staff was so helpful. They provided a driver for me to take me to Madison to get a rental car while my car was assessed. They did thorough work and were transparent throughout. I highly recommend them for you car care needs!
