Called at 1015 for a prescription blood pressure medication now 4 oclock and they still dont have it ready go somewhere else or just die they dont care

Not very organized and it badly needs a good manager. Staff seem overworked and on edge. But the staff are very professional and helpful.

I would put a zero is possible. Very slow and never gets orders correct. DON’T do the drive through they take forever to even speak to you!

Time to find more staff! 15 of us stood in line for 30 mins. I had two prescriptions called in at the same time an hour ago, one was read and the other wasn’t even filled. I’m told come back in 15 mins, as soon as I drive away to run an errand, I’m called saying it’s ready. Wasting my afternoon away.

They just keep messing up my orders. Not ready when they say it's ready for pickup, failing to contact doctor after refills run out and waiting for calls in the store to pickup orders that are sitting waiting for pickup. Nice people but I think over worked in too small of an area.

Hour long wait at pharmacy. Asked how much longer, staff told me it was ready the whole time and that I must have not have heard my name being called.I was sitting in the chairs right next to the pharmacy counter; the employee said that this area (waving his hands at the pharmacy waiting area and chairs) didn’t have the best speaker sound for callouts.I posted this review 7 months ago to the Walgreens page, but wanted to make sure it was on the ‘pharmacy’ specific page as well.

Bottom line is, the staff at this locations pharmacy, they all CARE. To add to that, the irritations of insurance issues or discounting, doctors offices, etc., these people know and handle it with a swiftness I have never seen at another Walgreens. I appreciate every last one of these good people working there. So Thank You, staff at Walgreen's Pharmacy location in Portage, WI. My hat off to all of you!!

People are very kind. They have everything you would expect from a Walgreens. The interior is very modern they just remodeled.
