Walgreens Pharmacy provides a mix of good and bad experiences for customers. Prescriptions are sometimes ready with no wait or minimal wait, but other times they are lost, not ready despite notifications, or involve long wait times. The store can seem not very organized. Customers frequently note problems with the app not showing medications for refill, requiring in-person visits or calls every month. There are often long lines with only one register open despite having more available. The staff are usually nice, professional, and helpful, often taking time to remember customers. They deal with many annoyed customers calmly and work to de-escalate situations. However, they appear overworked and on edge. Many inconveniences, like partial fills requiring monthly return trips and system issues, seem to stem from corporate changes and policies rather than the employees themselves. While the people working there are helpful and happy to assist, operational problems and inefficiencies are a consistent challenge.
This place has gone down hill. Recording tells you your med is available, I stood in line 3 different days for atleast 30 minutes to be told it wasn't in. I have decided to get my meds somewhere else. It is a pity that they can't get it together. So so disappointing!!!

Always having problems with the app not showing my meds so I can click on them to refill. Have to go in or call every month. Annoying!

I wait in line forever with 5-6 people ahead of me with 3 registers and there's only one open? Make that make sense to me. Please. Pay your employees better and then maybe you'll have enough employees to operate all 3 registers.
