We have taken our truck here a few times. We are very happy with the services they provide. They diagnosed the issues and kept us informed every step of the way. The quotes are accurate and they called us if they found more issues. They had quotes ready for the new issues and they were spot on when the final bill was ready. They are our go to place for repairs for all our vehicles.

I thought I Would have to replace my transmission. The guys said we should be able to fix it with just a trans flush. Worked great and fixed the problem. Guys were great to work with!

My car had its transmission replaced by Mel at Transworks about 3 years ago (and did a great job the week between xmas & new years, at a very reasonable price). It started making a new noise between 40-60mph so I took her in to get checked. Turns out it was a wheel bearing, not a transmission issue. Transworks fixed it the same day, and almost $100 under estimate. I will always check with Transworks first to see if they do the repair I need, as they are so nice & friendly and do amazing work at a reasonable price. Thanks BJ & Mel for all your help! You guys are rock stars.

I needed service for my custom built MTS transmission in my 04 Dodge Ram 2500 I6 5.9 Cummins. The shift solenoid needed replacing due to its seal leaking. Swift scheduling. I got an appointment within 3 days of my call. As long the truck was in I had them change all drive train fluids. The work was done diligently and under carriage was wiped clean after they were done. Reasonable fair and honest pricing. Prompt call when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Professional, knowledgable, great friendly service adviser and technicians. I recommend any drivetrain work done at Trans Works.

Got charged 120 dollars for just a test drive. They didn't do any work. I changed the trany filter and oil myself. Don't go there !Service: Transmission

Worst service i have ever received from this place. Six weeks never was repaired had to take it somewhere else, Charged a restock and return shipping which they should have ate due to their inability to get the vehicle repaired in a timely matter. Never received a call in six weeks with an update of what was going on. Charged a diagnostic fee to look at transmission, truck was never moved from the spot it was towed too. Said pressure check was done, no test ports were ever removed.They did hook up a scanner, They said input shaft was broke and just assumed trans was bad. Took to another trans shop was not the transmission ,had bad torque converter. Very disappointing experience ,will not recommend anyone to use this establishment.Service: Transmission
