My boyfriend ordered me flowers and they were delivered with the wrenching smell of cigarettes ? ? Also I was confused because he never has flowers delivered so I asked is these were for me because the lady didn’t speak a WORD. Her response was “yup” as she’s walking away.

Ordered plant basket for a funeral thru the funeral service website as I was unfamiliar with the local florists. Large Plant basket ordered and arrived for service. Huge discrepancy between what was pictured and what was received. After getting shop information from funeral home and contacting the owner I provided the pictures. She offered to exchange the item….just bring it to the shop or have my Aunt leave it on the porch. My Aunt is 85 and mourning the loss of her husband and since I live out of town this isn’t going to happen.She mentioned if we had called the shop directly this would not have happened .

Was told one price and charged another. I called the shop to ask about the price difference, thinking maybe there was a mix up and the person on the phone was rude and short tempered. The same person then called back twice and left two voicemails; one voicemail she threatened to call my boss… My job was in no way involved in any purchase I made that day, to threaten to call my employer was unprofessional and not relevant to the situation. When I asked that she stop with the harassing calls, she told me to get some help. I will not be going back.

I’ve used The Flower Company a few times to deliver flowers to my girlfriend. The flowers are always fresh and last a long time and the delivery fee is reasonable.The shop itself has a lot of cool items to purchase too.

I lost my aunt this past Wednesday, my place of employment was kind enough to send me an arrangement. On Friday, the flowers were delivered according to whoever the woman from the flower shop was at 5pm. My mother was home at 5pm but was unaware they were delivered and they were just left on my porch. I finally saw the arrangment about 9pm when something else was delivered and I was just getting home from family stuff regarding my loved one. I opened the arrangement and it was dead and soaking wet. I called Saturday morning to let them know them delivered me dead flowers. Begrudgingly the woman said she would deliver replacement flowers. She gets to my house, rings the doorbell, says a brief hi and follows it up with she will take the other flowers back, and my dogs are pretty, no apology, no I am sorry for delivering dead flowers after your family member died. She proceeds to ask me if I saw the tire tracks which in her mind indicates that I should have known a package was delivered. I told her that I drive through that portion of my driveway so I wouldn't have known. I couldn't believe she was trying to insinuate it was my fault for her delivering me dead flowers. They were outside for 4 hours, without anyone knowing they were out there. I thanked her for delivering a replacement and she said it's fine it was a mistake, turns around, gets in her vehicle and leaves. She was rude and short with me and that is something that is unacceptable to me when a person is delivering flowers that were offered in condolence to a grieving family. Just for reference there is a picture of the dead flowers. Apparently, all it takes is 4 hours for them to be reduced to shriveled up nothingness.

Rude owner, did not want to accommodate me, extremely bad service. I highly do not recommend using. You don’t get what you ask for yes theres a clause but they don’t even call you to see if the other options would be ok. I can honestly say I’ve never had more unprofessional rude service ever.

We live in Madison, but come to Portage to our favorite restaurant, B&B Hitching Post. Saturday I asked for Valentine's Day flowers to be delivered there c/o our favorite waitress, Kaitlyn. I had never ordered from the Flower Company before. They were there when we got there, a lovely arrangement at a good price. My wife was surprised and pleased. I would highly recommend them.
