My husband and I visited the Portage, Wisconsin location today. The bathrooms were not only disgusting, but a health hazard. Every stall in both the men's and women's restrooms had smeared fecal matter on the walls. The ladies room had blood on several of the toilet seats and the entire bathroom reeked of urine. We were planning on visiting the restaurant, but when we alerted the attendant to the state of the bathroom we were met with a shrug and a "we're short staffed". I totally understand that help is hard to find, but at that point we didn't trust the cleanliness of the kitchen and had to drive to the next available stop for food.

Fast service. Replaced the radiator during the day. Ordered a radiator, delivered and repaired.

No good they don't have DEF for big truck!!!! No in Breezewood, pa and Ashland ,Va. The service at TA is coming down!!!! Everywhere..no good!!

The night tech was very rude and it's sad that people pursue carriers they are not passionate about. A lot needs to be done to improve customer service.

Absolutely they are not deserve 4 stars!Maybe before they had good service but not anymore. I checked in afternoon they said few hours wait. Now 02:00 am they said no technician!!! ok even if no technician why you are not calling and letting me know. Disrespectful!

Not recommend for repairs other than tires or mud flaps. Not qualified to weld brake chamber brackets on trailer axles. Also they were out of welding gas’s for over a year according to the employee in the shop.

Dear TA Truck service management please explain to me why do you keep your shop open 24 hours and why do you pay someone at the front desk to be barking at you and be extremely rude to you if you have no techs there if you have no appointments or write ups why in the world would you let your brand slip to the level of a third world country and ridiculous customer service experience of something that reminds Afghanistan or the communist Soviet Union.I wish you hiring leadership that will eliminate this kind of uncomfortable and horrific experience for you costumer and provide employees with an adequate training to at least have the knowledge on how to be at least polite explaining to a costumer that they are unable to perform any kinds of services especially if you’re understaffed to not make a costumer feel like he/she is in the wrong here and made a huge mistake by walking through the door of your establishment.Day time team did a great job and replaced a part in no time the wait was not long at all underpromised and overachieved I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 thanks to the exceptional service that I received during the day but the guy at 4:00am needs to work on his social skills. Was amazed there was such low gas prices! Staff was extremely friendly, and OMG the place was spotless. However the staff at Subway needs to be schooled on customer service otherwise would have given five stars

The restrooms are clean, the staff is friendly. They have everything you could need while traveling and the restaurant is nice too.

Decent stop. Staff is friendly. Food is good.Lots of parking even late at nightIf you can't find a place to park here,,, your not qualified to drive for Swift.
