I hate summit! The app sucks!!! Mobile deposit barely works. The lady who deals with the loans must hate her job. She is NOT HELPFUL at all. I switched from Chime to Summit due to starting a business, and Chime not having a business account option. I wish I could go back to chime. I’m on the search for a different bank.

DO NOT use this location for your mortgage. They are either extremely understaffed or incompetent. They do not seem to care for anyone else's time other than their own.

I was scammed yesterday, July 1! My computer was hacked and all my personal information was stolen by these Hackers! I can not get in contact with anyone at any of the Summit Credit Unions, to report this! I am desperate to make sure, that no withdrawals are made from my accounts!

Required a mask be worn citing local regulations but there are no local regulations requiring a mask. Teller also had a hard time explaining to me why I would want a hold on a check being deposited even if I don't plan on spending the money.

I had Brett Clift help me out on getting an Auto Loan for car. Lemme tell ya, he went so above and beyond with helping me get the loan fast and efficient. It wasn't all about him getting me the loan and getting me out, we had some nice conversations about cars and he even helped me up my credit card limit to help work on my score. Brett was really great to work with, and I hope someone can acknowledge the great work he's done... Thanks again Brett!!

I have been trying to get a loan approved though them for my daughters car. They have set up two appointments and when I showed up had no knowledge of it. They just seem extremely unorganized

I like this place. They have been helpful. Esp appreciate. Crediting checks the same day. Tons better than our old bank Old National.

What a joke. Mortgage loan specialist don't have a clue! I assumed these might have been new employees but they assured me they are seasoned employees (6+yrs) such an awful experience with Summit it makes me want to find a new place to bank.

Making me go to bank branch because it will not accept my mobile deposit that has been signed per their request mobile deposit at Summit Credit union only. It's a 45 minute drive.

Everytime i go here, the tellers are so pleasant & actually seem like they don't hate working there. Which compared to oh, say...Walmart, is a nice change. The lobby is open again and I went in & transferred money from my account to my landlords account. EASY PEASY!
