I am a current renter and I needed a bigger unit. I called customer service to rent a bigger unit. The woman there said I had to cancel my unit first then rent a different unit. I told her I wanted a pull through unit. She said there wasn't one at the location I was currently in so I had to move location. I had no problem with that. So we canceled my current lease and leased the larger pull through. Upon arrival to the new unit I found it wasn't a pull through. As a matter of fact, none at the new location were pull through. Called again and told customer service and they stated that they would have the local manager call me. I waited almost 3 hours with no call from manager. Called customer service again and a different person told me a manager wouldn't call me till Monday morning. This was very frustrating. So I had to take the one I rented to start moving. Not at all happy with this experience! I used KO storage for years without having issues. Very hesitant to recommend to anyone.

best service i’ve found for storage. location is perfect and the communication was absolutely perfect. only request i want is please add a little more gravel to the lot so it’s not so much a drop off going into the unit but that’s not a deal breaker. i was still able to back my boat right in. i’ll be keeping this unit for a long time.

Clean units, very secure, well maintained and lite at night! The on online process for acquiring a unit isn’t too hard to complete either.
