Hi, On 17Dec'22 had the pleasure to work with Desirae of KO Storage to handle paperwork for the storage area. Desirae was very professional about working with me. Their would be questions at times and Desirae would provide great information and cheerful. So Desirae should be well thought of and compensated for her employment. Arturo is a fantastic site manager and regularly checks on all of the units. Due to my disability income, I had to vacate my unit with upcoming rate hikes. If you need safe storage, they’re a great place to use.

They don't communicate with all the renters. Don't send all the renters any information in the mail about things they want. Rating not even wroth a star.

Jim is an awsome guy great and easy to work with! Very flexible with setting up times for showings and answers everytime if you’ve gotta question for him, also storage units are always well picked up and never left messy, I would send anyone to him!!
