These guys are absolutely terrible. Please do not waste your money with them. It took 2 months to do a transfer of ownership after multiple phone calls. Absolutely no one you talk to knows anything. They have to talk to a supervisor it is so ridiculous. They still messed up a bunch of the paperwork. They charge you a ten dollar per month fee for insurance that you have to have. Renting a storage unit from them was the most frustrating thing I've had to deal within a long time. They make something so simple ridiculously complicated. To top off of the location had no snow or ice removal and the drive way of full of ruts

Very easy to deal with. Unit was always dry, no leaks!!! Had no problems with mice as there were bait stations located all around the property. You would very pleased with this location, easy off/on the I39 interstate.

Arturo was great! He went and checked on the property and found that our locker was closed, but not secured. He called me and informed me right away so we could go and properly secure our unit. It makes me feel very confident that we are more than just a number to them.

I can only give them 3 stars because of the price. Just this year alone, my bill has been raised 3 times. They are great units to rent but the price is way to high plus they are creating a monopoly on storage units. They buy up every one around and the price keeps going up. A new 10x24ft is $145/month. That's insane especially since they bought out every storage facility around. They're nice but way over priced.
