We stopped and looked at Ram trucks on our way home. I was originally looking for a Laramie that had a preferred package on it , but couldn’t find one on line anywhere. Mitch came out and we talked briefly. I told him we were just looking and probably going to order one next year. Portage Ram had an awesome price on a Limited. It had a lot of options that I really didn’t need. Ram then came out with $3000.00 off on Ram trucks for August. With the huge discount by Portage and Rams discount, we decided to call Mitch up and discuss trade in etc. We met with him and after a few minutes of haggling, we became proud owners of a new 2025 Limited. This was on a Saturday. We did all the paperwork and because we hadn’t brought the title for our trade, we told him we would be back Wednesday to bring in the title. However Mitch said he would deliver it himself on Monday and drive the trade in back. We had an amazingly easy negotiation and the whole staff at Portage Ram were great to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

The best purchase experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I will continue to use portage ford. The most comprehensive new vehicle orientation I have ever experienced. Thank you Cameron! From the test drive to the paperwork everything was seamless and stress free. The manager, Justin made sure I was happy with everything. Great experience!

We bought our vehicle here and the process was easy and stress free. We enjoyed working with Sawyer and felt well supported through the process. We also go there for maintenance, which is easy to schedule and the work is good. Loaners are available but not the day we went, however, there's a nice waiting area with coffee and television. Very happy with our purchase and with the customer service here.

I showed up on the lot able to buy the car I wanted outright. I was looking for a new 2024 Toyota Carolla Hybrid le or something comparable. I immediately got the typical salesman "I've got just the car for you" response and he led me to a used model with 30k on it at the same price as new model if not more by the time I'd get out the door.
I looked it over but couldn't imagine being able to barter a fair price. I then got asked if I wanted to look at the dodge charger and they tried to hype me up for it. I was treated like an idiot they could get to finance a 35k car at 30% interest because I was offered a non existent deal.
Terrible salesmanship. I won't be buying anything here.

Thorough oil change completed on my Ford Escape. They also advised on future maintenance needed but assured me that it was safe to wait to have the work done. I trust the Service people and feel welcome to ask any questions as well!

My car had a transmission fluid leakage problem on the left axle. I applied here to have it repaired. During the checks, they said that the left axle seal of my car needed to be replaced and that this part was causing the failure. They said there was a $400 fee for this. I accepted. The repair was done and I paid $400. When I got my car, I went home without checking it. When I got home, I saw transmission fluid again where I parked the car and contacted Ford again. Despite this problem, they gave me an appointment for the following week. When I went a week later, they did not take care of it properly and made up many meaningless excuses that I did not understand, such as my car was leaking due to a major transmission failure and that you should take it to the place you bought it. They did not accept the wrong or incomplete work they did. They told me they would diagnose the problem and fix it, I accepted and paid the fee, while the problem continued, they told me incredible things like there was a big problem and it was not our fault. Later, I contacted a local auto repair shop, they checked my car and reviewed the reports that Ford service gave me, and told me not to pay for the repair again, and to take it to Ford service and have them fix it. They have to do this because the fluid leak is definitely from the left axle seal and they did not fix it and charged you a high fee. I told them that I do not trust Ford service, that they are not honest and upright people or a business, and that I want them to do this repair. I will share the reports they gave me in the photos. It will be very clear in the photos that Ford Portage service is acting against morality and ethics. Since I do not speak English well, they did not listen to me properly and did not fix my problem. In fact, I feel like I was scammed. Like I was robbed.

Adam at Portage Ford made the whole experience with the service and repairs on my Ford F350 as easy as possible, he personally met with the mechanic to see the issues first hand and explained those issues with me as if he was the mechanic, he offered a new service of dropping my vehicle off at my house which is great that they offer this due to my odd work schedule, my truck drives better that ever! Thank you again to the team at Portage Ford for another job well done!

Great experience in getting a vehicle. Look online for vehicle and found what i wanted on their website…called and setup an appointment and drove the vehicle home that night…
