I was in the area out of town. After coming out to a flat tire I pulled into their shop. It was late in the day and they were able to get me in quickly and repair my tire for me. They were so sweet and kept me from a break down 2 hours from home. Would highly recommend!!!

I have gotten tires from here, alignment & rotation and a few holes plugged in my tires. Honest people, super accommodating. Will continue doing business with them as long as I am in the portage area. Absolutely love and respect this business. Family friendly, they even have a changing station in the bathroom and toys in the waiting room.

I recently had my rear brakes done at Cordell’s. I called for my reservation and everything went according to plan. They quoted me the price and it was a little more expensive than Blystones. However, Cordell’s completed the work on time. Additionally, Blystones charges 3% interest when using a credit card. So, in the long run, it was cheaper. I was completely satisfied with the brake job. They were professional and they treat the customer with respect. I will do all of my future maintenance work with them.

Lied about problems that did not exist. Tried stripping my hard earned money away from me. They do this to people who don't know a lot about cars. Luckily my dad was a mechanic at large dealerships for many years and caught on to every one of their little fibs. They did not do the one thing we asked them to and did not do an Alignment after new tires because of the phantom problems they made up. You guys just lost a customer. Not a wise thing to do in a small town.

Got an oil change for my vehicle. They were very fast and efficient. I had a discussion about whether it was time to rotate and the male employee at the front (sorry I don’t know his name) measured the tire tread and said that I was good to go. I appreciate the honesty and not trying to upsell me when I really didn’t need it yet.

These guys are awesome. Dropped vehicle off and went on an Amtrak ride. Everything fixed when I got back. Great communication and service. They even gave me a ride to the train station. Will be back.

Happy to have found this place. We were on a road trip from Illinois to northern Wisconsin and while driving on the interstate, I had been hearing an alarming "flapping" sound coming from underneath the car. We decided we better find an automotive shop, and quick Google search is how we found Cordell's. We stopped in to see if they would have the time to take a look. They made the time, discovered the (thankfully minor) issue, and took care of it at a reasonable price. We were back on our way within an hour. The staff was super friendly as well. Thanks for the great service.

I had last minute car trouble and they were able to get me in right away. They took excellent care of me and my car. The team was very caring and friendly. I was panicking about my plans being ruined for the weekend and they made sure to save it! Very highly recommend! Loved the front desk staff ?

Fabulous experience getting service today at Cordell’s in Portage. My 2016 RAM 1500 was in for fluid changes, oil change and tire rotation. The team was extremely nice, professional and fast. They were best price around and got my vehicle in quickly. Highly recommended and will return!
