Judy from H&R Block helped me file an amended return, and she was so great! She gave me good tips for next year (namely, patience) and was super nice and professional. She helped me get everything filed in the way it was supposed to be. The receptionist, Mary, was also very nice whenever I called prior to my appointment, and she was able to set me up with Judy because she felt that she fit my needs better.Going to the H&R Block office was so much more fun than struggling through it online by myself, especially since I had a more complex tax return this year. The experience and lack of stress is worth paying a little extra for.
